Beautiful aromas of cherries, violets and peppery notes. Remarkable power supported by fine, silky tannins. Long finish.
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.
Hand-picked.
Destemming. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in French oak truncated cone vats. Maceration for 23 days. Aged on fine lees. Minimal addition of SO2. 13.5% ABV.
