of the vintage. Intense but elegant. Smooth tannins and a nice freshness.

Blend: 64% Grenache, 36% Syrah.

Harvest: Manual, October 3 and 4, 2023.

Vinification: Destemmed, 18-day maceration, spontaneous fermentation.

Ageing: 1 year in 4-year-old French oak barriques.

Alcohol: 14,5 % Vol.

Bottling: December 2nd, 2024.

Production: Only 760 bottles.

Certification: Organic (FR-Bio-01).
