Aromas of wild strawberries and spices. A palate that strikes a balance between freshness and volume.
90% Grenache, 10% Syrah.
Blend of direct press musts (85%) and saignées (15%).
Hand-picked grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in vats on fine lees. Minimal addition of SO2. 13% ABV.
