Blend: 85% Grenache, 15% Syrah.

Harvest: Manual, in 20 kg containers

(September 12, 15, and 18, 2025).

Vinification: 93% direct press, 7%

free-run juice; temperature-controlled

spontaneous fermentation.

Ageing: On fine lees in tank.

Alcohol: 13% Vol.

Bottling: March 2026.

Certification: Organic (FR-Bio-01).
